iConnect events take place on Friday nights in the iConnect room from 7-9pm, are for grades 6-7, and are free unless otherwise noted. Check back for up-to-date details!
September 18: Tropicana Kick Off Party
Join us for a tropical themed party to start off the new school year! Join us for lots of team games, prizes, and fruit smoothies!
September 25: Alive Night
Join us for our first Alive night of the year! Alive usually includes games, worship or service project, snack and devotional. This week we will be taking photos for our photo board, playing games, and learning about our first service project.
October 2: Alive Night—ID Bags
This is a great event to get to know everyone better! Bring a bag with 3 personal items to share with the group. Items can be anything that represents you—a medal, artwork, musical instrument, photos, a souvenir… the possibilities are endless!
October 9: No Event—Leaders Retreat
Enjoy a free Friday night with your family and friends. Family Night ideas will be posted on the youth blog at the start of this week. Happy Thanksgiving!
October 16: Car Rally (doors open 6:30pm, leaving at 7pm sharp!)
Join us for a never-before-seen iConnect event – the Car Rally! Bring some friends and pile into cars for a team competition. Prizes for the winners. Please email Amanda no later than October 14 to confirm your spot so we can arrange enough volunteer drivers. Permission form due upon arrival.
October 23: Fall Missions Banquet & Alive Night – Dinner starts at 6pm; event starts at 7:30pm
Join us at 6pm in the gym for our annual fundraiser dinner for missions projects. Look for the tables reserved for iConnect. After dinner we are heading upstairs for a service project, and teambuilding games.
October 30: Costume Party
It’s a party! Everyone’s invited! Bring your friends! Wear a costume and come play some games with us! Lots of candy and prizes for all. Please avoid scary/gory/revealing costumes. Prizes for the best costumes for guys and girls. We will be joining the youth and our games will be iConnect vs. Youth!
