Fall iConnect Event Calendar - September-December

Here is our full Friday night event schedule for Youth this fall. This information was also mailed out and copies are available at the Welcome Centre. If you aren't receiving our newsletters by mail, email Amanda to be put on the list (astevenson@bethanybaptist.bc.ca).

All Youth events are from 7-9pm on Friday nights, are for Grade 8-12 only, and are free unless otherwise noted.

September 16—Literal Kick Off Night
Bring a friend and a camera and join us for this team event… as you work together to literally kick things off of other things! It’s going to be a wacky silly time as we “kick off” the new school year together!

September 23—Alive
Join us for our first Alive of the year—games, worship, snacks and devotionals all happen on Alive nights. Bring a personal item to share with the group so we can get to know each other better.

September 30—Minute to Win It Night
Bring a friend and join us for a night of Minute To Win It Games (based on the popular game show)—lots of   prizes and food too!

October 7—Alive
Join us for games, worship, snacks and a devotional. We will be talking about what it means to serve others in practical ways.

October 14—Car Rally
Bring a friend and work in teams to navigate your driver to and from the church based on a set of clues. Sign up with Amanda/Connor no later than October 12. Prizes for the winning team!

October 21—Alive
Join us for games, worship, snacks and a service project.

October 28—Chapel Richmond-Delta—6:45-9:15
We are heading to Chapel—a multi-youth group night that includes loud worship music and student testimonies with other Richmond & Delta churches. Meet at Cambie Secondary at 6:45pm, or contact Amanda/Connor 48 hours in advance if you need a ride from a leader (leaving the church at 6:30pm). $2 suggested donation.

November 4—Mystery Meal Night
Bring a friend and join us for the strangest meal ever! Order your dishes and dinner items from a menu of clues… will you eat your spaghetti with a spoon? Ice cream with your hands? Or will you guess correctly?

November 11—Alive
Join us for games, worship, snacks and a devotional. We will be honouring Remembrance Day this evening as well.

November 18—Super Mario Party
Bring a friend, dress up like your favourite Mario character, and have fun playing lots of Super Mario games  together! We will have lots of food and prizes.

November 25—Alive
Join us for games, worship, snacks and a devotional. We will also be making Christmas cards for the seniors at our church.

December 2—Christmas Morning on Friday Night
Wear your pajamas, invite some friends, and join us for a Christmas party with all the trimmings! We will be playing Christmas games and making gingerbread   houses together.



There are no Friday events from December  9-30. We resume with HUMAN BOWLING on January 6, 2017.
