This Friday is the last week of our serving theme in youth. After the banquet, we will have a regular youth night (same with iConnect and Kidzone). In youth, we will be sharing our favourite charities and/or causes in our small groups since our focus this week is on serving others with our treasures (money and belongings). Students should bring 1-2 charities or causes they care about. Information should include:
- The purpose of the charity
- How people can learn more (website, social media accounts, etc.)
- Why you think it's important to know about
If anyone is having trouble coming up with something, contact me or a small group leader and we can help.
We are planning to use this info to make a 'Charity display' to put outside of the Sanctuary in November so we can share our passions with the rest of the church!
