January-March Youth Events

Here are the upcoming events in January, February and March - late winter is our 'outreach season' so you'll notice that the pattern of Alive-event-Alive-event is a bit disrupted!

Jan. 3 - No event! Enjoy the last weekend of the break.
Jan. 10 - Alive! Games, worship, a message and small groups.
Jan. 17 - Mall Crawl - we are heading to Metrotown together for a scavenger hunt!
Jan. 24 - Alive! Games, worship, a message and small groups.
Jan. 31 - Make a Movie Night - students work in teams to create movies for our upcoming Oscar night in March.

Feb. 7 - Alive! Games, worship, a message and small groups.
Feb. 14 - No event (we are setting up for Clue)
Feb. 15 - Clue Game (Space: The Fall of Darkness) - this is our biggest outreach event of the year! We transform the entire church and students work in teams to solve the mystery.
Feb. 21: Gross Night (combined with iConnect) - another popular event! Students compete in gross and messy games (but are never forced to!)
Feb. 28: Alive! Games, worship, a message and small groups.

March 7: Oscar Night - Dress up and join us on the red carpet as we debut the Make a Movie films and hand out awards! Bring an appetizer to share if your last name starts with A-M, and a dessert/snack to share if it's N-Z.
March 14: Watermania - this is the last day of school before Spring Break for ALL districts so we are heading to the pool with iConnect to celebrate! $6 per person, we will provide rides if you ask! Otherwise, meet there at 7pm.
March 21: No event (Spring Break)
March 28: No event (Spring Break)

During the two weeks of Spring Break (all schools have the same time off this year!) we are planning to do several weekday events instead of Friday Night activities. I will post the schedule in the New Year!
