Here are our upcoming September and October events! I will be away from September 26-October 8 for my wedding and honeymoon, but all meeting times will run as usual. If you have questions about events during that time, check here or get in touch with Cora by calling the church.
All events run from 7-9pm in the Upper Room.
September 13: Games Night Kick Off
This is our first Friday event of the new school year, so we will be making a hand and footprint banner to hang in our room! We will also be playing lots of games to get to know each other and snacks will be provided.
September 20: Alive!
This is our first Alive night of the year! We wont be doing worship (the band will still be planning/practicing) so we will have extra games! Join us for a night of fun, snacks, and a group devotional.
September 27: Egg Toss
This is one of our most popular events! Students work in teams to create "nests" for an egg using the provided supplies. Then we drop the creations off a ladder... the balcony... maybe even the roof! The group with the last intact egg wins a prize!
October 4: Alive!
Our first night with worship! As with all Alive nights, there will be games, worship, and a devotional. Snacks will be provided as well.
October 11: Board Games Night
We have lots of games at the church, but students can feel free to bring their own as well!
October 18: Alive!
Games, worship, snacks, and a devotional.
October 25: Costume Party
Our annual night of crazy costumes, prizes and games! This is a combined event for preteens and youth. We will have LOTS of prizes for the best costumes of the night so be sure to dress up! Please make sure that costumes are "PG" - i.e. modest and non-scary/gory.
