Upcoming events

Here are the remaining upcoming events for 2012:

Oct. 26: "The Monster Bash" costume party - lots of candy, games and prizes - please no scary/gory/revealing costumes please! - combined for grades 6-12

Nov. 2: Fall Missions Banquet - please bring a donation for this church-wide turkey dinner - missionaries Cal and Susan Hohn will be speaking and proceeds benefit their ministry. iConnect students will be dismissed for Alive and the youth will stay for the presentation. 6:30pm in the gym

Nov. 9-10 - 24 Hour Lock In (7-7pm) - join us for 24 hours of games, chapel sessions, midnight games, sports, activities, and bowling! Chilliwack Baptist church will be joining us as well. Permission forms and $20 cost is due Sunday Nov. 4. This is a combined event for grades 6-12

Nov. 16 - Alive - a night of games, worship, and small group discussion.

Nov. 23 - iConnect - Ice Skating (details TBA)

              - Youth - movie night fundraiser - we will be joining with College and Career to do a movie night fundraiser. Proceeds from the event will go to sponsor a family in need during the Christmas season. Minimum $2 donation to get in, and bring extra change for concession!

Nov. 30 - Christmas Service Project night - we will be making goodie bags to sell during the first two Sundays in December. Proceeds will go to an oversees charity (TBA). We will also play some games!

Dec. 7 - Alive (Christmas edition) - join us for games, food, a service project, and small group discussion  This week, we will be doing a coat and clothing drive... and it will be a competition between three age groups: preteens (gr. 6-7), junior high (gr. 8-10) and senior high (gr. 11-12). 

Dec. 14 - PJ Party - join us for Christmas games, carols, and treats as we ring in the holiday celebrations! Please bring a snack item to share with 8-10 people (finger food is best!)

The Clue Game - Feb. 2 (Saturday) 5:30pm. For grades 8-12

30 Hour Famine - April 12-13 (Fri-Sat). For grades 7-12

May Camp - May 17-20. Green Bay Bible Camp in West Kelowna, for grades 7-12.
